Return Policy / Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges, except in special circumstances as indicated below.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review, confirm and accept all items, prices and charges which are reflected in their cart before checkout and remitting final payment. Refunds will not be granted as a result of accidental purchase, incorrect seat selection, lost tickets/merchandise or buyer’s remorse.
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER IS NOT PERMITTED AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY PROCESSED.
If the event for which you purchased a ticket is canceled, you may request a refund for the amount that you paid for your ticket (minus order processing, service, merchant and delivery fees which are never refundable) using the same payment method used for purchase. Under these special circumstances, refunds may be granted at the discretion of the promoter. Additionally, you must contact Mysticonline within 24hrs of the originally scheduled date via live chat or a support ticket at www.mysticonlinetix.com in order to request a refund. Failure to do so will waive your right to a refund.
If your event is postponed, it is your responsibility to inform yourself of the rescheduled date and time as refunds will not be granted under these circumstances.
Refunds will not be issued as a result of inclement weather, natural disasters, extended waits in line at the venue, and family and/or medical emergencies.
You cannot exchange items purchased with your order for other items from this website.
You cannot exchange items purchased with your order for money to use as credit on this website.
All event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder for any reason at their discretion.
Venue and talent are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund.
Anything promised by the promoter that is unfulfilled is not guaranteed by Mysticonline and/or UrticketPro and is not grounds for a refund.
